POST-Rendez-Vous 2025 SHOWCASES
As you prepare to attend the upcoming Boston Rendez-Vous, we are pleased to present exclusive and optional sales showcases designed to maximize the value of your presence in North America.

These targeted events, only available for members already registered to the Boston Rendez-Vous 2025, will offer a great opportunity to engage with the top buyers across these three strategic markets:

Wednesday, November 19
Choose between two simultaneous events:
• New York City (110-125 expected buyers)
• Toronto (50-60 expected buyers)

Thursday, November 20
• Mexico City (60-75 expected buyers)

We invite you to take advantage of these carefully curated opportunities to extend your reach, strengthen your business relationships, and capitalize on your presence in the U.S. during this pivotal moment in the Relais & Châteaux calendar.

Each participating member will receive:
- 1 table
- Dedicated signage

Information on accommodation recommendations will be communicated to the participating members.

Please note that none of these 3 cities will be part of the annual North American sales events in February 2026. 

Registration for a second showcase event will be subject to availability, to ensure that as many participants as possible have the opportunity to attend at least one.

Please note that your registration is not confirmed until the payment is received, and participation to the Boston Rendez-Vous is officially confirmed. 


PRICES

NEW YORK
*Individual property, 1 participant per property 2000 euros + VAT*
*Additional person, max. 2 people per table 750 euros + VAT
*Shared table for max 2 properties – 1 person per property max:  3000 euros + VAT*
(1500 euros per property).  There is a limited number of shared tables available due to space restrictions

TORONTO
*Individual property, 1 participant per property 1400 euros + VAT*
*Additional person, max. 2 people per table 600 euros + VAT

MEXICO CITY
*Individual property, 1 participant per property 1200 euros + VAT*
*Additional person, max. 2 people per table 500 euros + VAT

*VAT is applicable only to French members only (20%).

Please note that if there are not enough participants registered for the Toronto and Mexico Showcases, these events may be subject to cancellation.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment must be received to confirm your participation. 

Once your participation is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted unless we are able to resell the space.
